Oyster River Management Plan 2014

The Oyster River Local Advisory Committee (ORLAC) prepared the River Management Plan with the assistance from SRPC and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services
Local Source Water Protection Grant Program. The plan was completed in 2014. The “Oyster River Management Plan” proposes a management approach focused on protecting and conserving the
river’s many resources, advocating for water quality and quantity to sustain aquatic and recreational uses, protecting
riparian and aquatic habitat, and balancing the development of land and water uses for other public needs within the
river corridor and watershed.
