SRPC has three automatic bicycle and pedestrian counters that can be set up on trails or sidewalks by request. In the past the counters have been set on the Dover Community Trail, at a trailhead at Wagon Hill Farm, and at entrances for several events in Rochester including the Wings and Wheels event at Skyhaven and at three locations in downtown for Free Comic Book Day.

The counters collect volume and direction by default and can be configured to separate bicycles and pedestrians.
