Project Description:
SRPC is looking for a building professional team to help two towns identify critical improvements and potential reuse of select community facilities including an old school, town halls, and a town beach. As part of the process, the effort will utilize these ongoing assessments as case studies to help other communities in their efforts to design shovel ready community facility improvements.

Question 1: Does the grant allow project scope and budget flexibility?
Answer: Yes, we are open to proposals that present a pared-down and feasible scope that meets the available budget in the consultant’s opinion.
