Local Solutions Appendix: Housing Needs Assessment

The “Housing Needs Assessment (HNA)” was prepared as a mandated function of SRPC and was incorporated as an appendix of the regional master plan. It is intended to assist municipalities in complying with RSA 674:2, III which outlines the conent of the housing section of a local master plan. The HNA evaluates supply, demand, cost and affordability of housing within the SRPC region and projects the regional need for housing for all age and income levels.
