CEDS 2017

This document is an annual update to the “2011-2016 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)” The CEDS provides analysis of the region’s economy, an update to priority projects, and devises a regional strategy for future economic development and prosperity based on the themes and goals. The annual updates supplement the full CEDS which is updated on a five year basis.
