Brownfields Case Study: Hilltop School Somersworth

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a “Brownfield Success Story” feature detailing the Hilltop School project in Somersworth, NH. This site was originally assessed through SRPC’s Brownfields program and was repurposed into apartments in 2019/2020/
