Active Transportation Plan 2024

SRPC announces its first-ever Active Transportation Plan, also known as the ‘Bike Ped Plan.’ This plan serves to publicize, celebrate, and advocate for the region’s non-motorized transportation modes, including walking, biking, rolling, and public transportation. The plan identifies gaps in the region’s active transportation network, funding sources for improvement and expansion of ‘bike-ped’ infrastructure, and best practices for communities. SRPC is soliciting public comments and feedback with a target adoption date of May 17th.
