Policy Committee

The Policy Committee is made up of residents of the 18 towns in the Strafford region. Representatives are appointed by each municipality’s governing body. The Policy Committee is responsible for carrying out the metropolitan transportation planning process as required by federal transportation laws. They develop regional transportation policies for SRPC and coordinate the implementation of these policies. The committee generally oversees SRPC’s transportation program as identified in the Unified Planning Work Program.

The SRPC Policy Committee meetings are the third Friday of the month from 9:00AM to 11:00AM
