The “Dover Culture and Recreation Chapter” is a component of the comprehensive Dover Master Plan. It identifies strengths and challenges, while refining past objectives and integrates arts and culture as part of what it means to recreate. This chapter also allows Dover to build upon and connect its recreational resources, explore new opportunities and initiatives, and to continue to be a great place to live.
