SRPC Looking to Partner with 4 Communities on Age-Friendly Action Plans

SRPC, through its CHAT Project, has the capacity to partner with four local communities for action planning related to providing high quality of life for all ages. This is a follow-up to the eighteen community assessments that are being completed for each regional community. These will include a reflection on the information flushed out in the community assessments, alongside goal setting and ideas for implementation.
