Question: What are the organization’s reasons for going out to bid? Are you happy with your current auditors? Are the current auditors allowed to bid and if so, do you expect them to bid on the audit?

We will consider bids that are reasonably over or under that range, per our scoring sheet, bids priced outside of this range will receive a different score.
Question: Who prepares the financial statements and the management’s discussion and analysis?
Answer: Our financial consultant prepares financial statements, schedule of expenditure of federal awards, summary schedule of prior audit findings and corrective action plan, as well as additional supplemental information as requested by the auditor.
